Coffee, tea, smoking and simply getting older all darken teeth over time. Professional whitening lightens the natural colour of your teeth safely, with a stronger and more even result than whitening toothpaste or strips from the pharmacy.
In-clinic whitening
In-clinic whitening takes about ninety minutes. We protect your gums, apply a professional whitening gel and activate it with a light in three short cycles. Most patients see their teeth lighten by several shades in a single visit.
Take-home whitening
For take-home whitening we take a scan of your teeth and make thin custom trays. You wear them with a lower-strength gel for an hour a day, or overnight, for two weeks. It is slower but gentle, and the trays can be used again for top-ups.
Is whitening right for me?
Whitening works on natural teeth only. Crowns, veneers and fillings do not change colour, so if you have visible restorations at the front we will talk about this first. Whitening is not recommended during pregnancy. Some people feel temporary sensitivity for a day or two afterwards; a sensitivity toothpaste helps.
Every whitening treatment starts with a check-up to make sure your teeth and gums are healthy. See our pricing for current fees or call +971 6 555 0142 to book.
